Buyer must be at least 21 years of age
Buyer becomes liable for product[s] once purchased
Keep all laboratory chemicals away from children
Always refer to an updated material safety data sheet [MSDS] for safety, storage, transportation, and other important information

Personal check (when paying with a personal check please allow up to 7 days for the funds to clear)
ABOUT SHIPPING
Free shipping on all domestic orders United States (not including Alaska and Hawaii)
All products that qualify as ORM-D materials will be shipped USPS parcel post and will require a $2.50 ORM-D fee (United States and Canada)
All Hazmat items will be shipped through UPS (these products will be packaged by certified staff)
An additional $25 handling fee will be required for all packages that need to be shipped out as Hazardous Material
DOT prohibits any oxidizer from being shipped in the air (we can only send these materials to the United States and Canada via Parcel Post)
Chemwise reserves the right to deny shipping at any time
Shipping regulations are subject to change
All international orders require a $10 handling fee
Chemwise will not accept responsibility for lost or damaged items during shipment (insurance can be purchased at buyers discretion)

Chemwise abides to Pub 52 [USPS] when shipping materials ORM-D parcel post
All Hazmat items are shipped according to UPS policies and regulations, USDOT regulations and IATA regulations (proper packaging materials, labels, warnings, markings, shipping papers and manifests accompany each package)
Chemwise reserves the right to report the sales of DEA list 1 and DEA list 2 chemicals to proper authorities
